​If you would like to experience an elaborate prank that 16-year-old Ben Franklin played on his brother James in 1722, you can check out the Silence Dogood essays which teen Ben wrote to troll his brother because he wouldn't publish his writings. He created at middle aged widow named Silence Dogood who is pretty progressive and satirizes Boston's society, religious hypocrisy, advocates for women's rights and freedom of the press.  The essays are still relevant 304 years later thanks to a feisty young man who worked his way around the system.
